Drive. From a passerby walking westbound in the middle of the road on East Stop 11, west of South Sherman Drive. It's a white female, blondish-brown, curly hair, blue shirt, gray sweatpants, possibly intoxicated or under the influence. Client almost hit her. 8100 South, 3800 East. Control, you can dupe that into our run. I'm with her now. Clear.
