In the 10-14, I got a ticket of a suspicious person over at Bucktown Athletic Club, 2040 West North, 2040 North. Jocelyn's the caller, says she's about to leave work. There's a male, white, hanging out by a car that's parked in the alley. He has dyed silver hair. He's wearing a long black coat, unknown weapons, and he has a flashlight. He may be intoxicated. That's all I have at 10-14, zone 3.
