23. View Prime Mexican Steakhouse, 15423 Southeast 272nd Street. The Flair RV and a maroon Silverado that are both torched behind that location. Unknown plates. There's actually three subjects associated. They're all possibly high. A white male, 40 to 50, gray hair and beard, wearing a white collared shirt and dark shorts. We have a black male, 40 to 50, medium build, black hair and dark colored clothing. And a white female, 40 to 50, thin-build, with their blonde hair and a ponytail and a floral dress. We have a white male, 40 to 50, thin-build, with their blonde hair and a floral dress.
