Suspect's a male, Hispanic or male, White, 30 to 35 years, wearing a baseball cap, no shirt, tan shorts, armed with a pocket knife, threatening various people, location, and various others, are 390 and arguing over bicycle TC. It's code 2, incident 4497, RD 1491. Southwest units, possible shooting just occurred, Exposition and Vermont, Exposition and Vermont. At the intersection, PR heard one gunshot, beliefs came from a... Exposition and Vermont.
