Any available units able to head over to 17 Herman Street for a check on the welfare? Emily called stating that there's a male that's been wandering around the parking lot, rolling on top of vehicles, hitting light poles and screaming. He is now climbing up a fire escape. Got another call saying he's climbing higher and crying.
