Charlie 124 and Charlie 166, on that major disturbance, going to be at 3501 Ross Avenue. The suspect is a Black female, gray curly hair, white shirt, blue and red shorts. Another caller seen that, with the scene and reporting two Black females, suspect in a green and blue bikini and swim shorts. He's fighting and yelling outside. There's a new resident area by the garage. No gate code. Near the new resident park.
