Is the drones looking for him? Affirm. Copy. Walk back inside. Say that again, I didn't copy you. The inside or outside? He walked back inside. Copy. Alright, let's get some other cars here, surround the building, see if we can get them. He probably dumped a gun in the apartment, but we definitely want to detain him. I copy. 4239, his car is here. He ran in the building and ran to the third floor. Male black, he's not heavy, I'd say he's about 210, but 6 feet tall, white shirt, black shorts. Ron, he ran up the third floor. Copy. Male black, 35, 6 foot 1, white shirt, black shorts. Vehicle is on scene, ran to the third floor.
