Unit 2 Charlie 13. Unit 2 Charlie 13. Charlie 13, I'm showing you en route to a 422 at Monte's Dog Beach, 5000 East Ocean, per 2 Sam 10. Looks like the suspect was a 97, TR time was 1730, for a female Black mid-20s, wearing a pink onesie, boyfriend male Black 20s, wearing a purple jacket. Looks like the CP advised they had left their dogs in the vehicle and then came back and threatened to get a 417 and shoot the CP. No weapons seen. Seen for.

Unit to Charlie 10? Charlie 10. Charlie 10, it's a 422 at Monty's Dog Beach Bar, 5000 East Ocean. Suspect drove into a B 97, next to the lifeguard on the beachside. Female, Black, mid-20s, wearing a pink onesie. Boyfriend's going to be a male, Black, 20s, wearing a purple jacket with a black Mercedes. Looks like they had left their dogs unattended, returned and threatened to get a 417 and shoot CP. No weapons actually seen. CP's not here. 8 to 3.
