3420, can they tell if power is out? 3226, I'm with 25. I copy. 3237, is power still on there? Appears to be. It was just one wire of several, and the driver was acting like they already hit it a few times today. But it's dangling all the way down to ground level. 3420, if we can send fire out, they can just make sure it's a ground wire. I copy.
