350 South Middletown Road, Port Carolina. Reports that there's a black pickup truck that's been circling her neighborhood. I believe she had a history with this subject. She was arguing with him a little bit, but she refused to give any more information. We're also there yesterday for a hit-and-run involving her vehicle and this vehicle. She refused to file a report.
