50 Randall Street, outside the apartments for a code 3 call of threats. Caller says they're in a black Honda CR-V. There's a Hispanic male dressed in all black, made threats to assault the caller. Caller says he was reaching out as he had a weapon, but no weapon was seen. All parties are separate, but that male is still walking above the area.
