I can tell you're keying up, but I can't hear you. You're talking too soft. But it's not doing anything. It's showing an error on the code reader up here. The elevator is still on 9. It didn't do anything. The door was closed. It did not move. Okay. I'm going to go back down to 10. I'm on 10. I just opened the door. I'll get it shut off. Hold on.

Hey, Ben, the elevators we can see next to us are labeled A, B, C, and D. So the logical thing with this would be elevator E, if that's an option. It is not, but I have 8. I go A, B, C, D with the numbers, and then it goes to 8 by itself. You can try it. We're also going to need somebody on 10 if this doesn't work, because it's a chain drive, door open. We're going to need somebody on 10.
