146 North Chestnut Street, 105 Jackie is stating that there's a man laying on the ground and has been laying on their property. Stating that's happened before and she would like him gone. Looking for a white male in his 60s in jeans. The caller is stating that if you go onto Chestnut and then under the bridge, it's going to be on a dirt road after the underpass. It's still considered her property.
