Can you respond to 361 West Street for a hit-skip MVA? Caller advised another vehicle struck his parked car, and a witness gave him the information for the involved vehicle after he followed it down the street. That male actually called prior to the complainant and asked about it, but he refused to give me his name, but I have his phone number.
