Advising two vehicles, she's outside trying a gray Toyota Corolla and a gray Chevrolet Malibu. Advising the driver of the Malibu is refusing to cooperate. She received another call from an Emily Welch that advised she was involved in going to leave the scene. 7450 Winchester Road, at Sonic, 941. 941, check for both cars. Check.
