2213. Assault in progress, 95 and Ashland, across the street from Jewels. A female states, a male wearing a face mask and a black jacket with a gray hood is acting irate and threatening an elderly male at the bus stop. They also state a younger male was nearby. He reached to his waist as if he had a weapon, but they didn't see any.
