Taken was a black Nissan Altima, unknown tag at the time. Doer was a black male, 4, face mask. Had on a black hoodie, gray shorts, blue shoulder bag, black and red sneakers. Vehicle was last seen 40th and Lancaster.

Alright, 18, I got flash on the doer. We got footage of it. Alright, 18, go ahead. Alright, it's going to be a black male. He's wearing what looks like gray colored shorts, black hoodie with the hood up, black and white sneakers, and he's got a blue shoulder bag. He ripped the complainant out of the vehicle, got in the car, and took off down 40th Street towards Lancaster. Last five minutes. Still trying to get his tag. Received. 15 Sam Andy, start me over to that location. Received. It's a black male, black hoodie, gray shorts. He's got a blue shoulder bag, black and red sneakers. Received.
