Assault just occurred, 907 Ballantyne Road. 907 Ballantyne Road, between Empire Ave and Loomis Ave. Isana Villarreal is calling regarding an assault that occurred at Atlantic and Shirley. Her and her friend were walking by a neighbor's house, and a 30s black female wearing a red wig and a black t-shirt punched her friend in the face. No weapons. Female was intoxicated, and they're refusing an ambulance. 1709.
