Channel 4, units on a point of information regarding a suspicious vehicle in the area of East Genesee Street at East Ave, East Genesee and East. Caller's reporting a maroon Chrysler 300, partial New York registration, Lincoln Paul Paul, approached the complainant and tried to sell him fentanyl. Unknown weapons, unknown intoxication. The vehicle left last seen on East Ave towards Salt Springs. End of point, 1642.
