419 East Michigan. 419 East Michigan. There's a male laying on the ground in the bushes near the sidewalk. It's going to be a Hispanic male, around 25 years of age, wearing a navy shirt and jeans. Advised that he was assaulted and his ribs are broke. He did say he called an ambulance already, was looking for a ride, but we don't have any.
