521 East Michigan Avenue at the smoker shop for two male juveniles, riding motorized bikes to the parking lot. One of them almost got struck by a vehicle. They've been riding through the lot periodically for the last few weeks. Caller no longer sees the juveniles, would like an area check. Is available for contact if needed.
