RO. Their friend's, correction, the RO's phone was inside of a stolen vehicle that was taken during an armed carjacking and was last tracked into this location as of 0820 hours. At that time, the vehicle was stationary. We're not sure if it's occupied. Vehicle is a black 2018 Honda Accord. License is Charles Tom Union 4422, 9815 35th Avenue South.
