291. Copy, 292 Bravo to back, strong arm. 918. 92 Bravo. See a complainant at the Walmart, 201 34 Street North. 201 34 Street North. They occurred at, it's the Octo Pharma. Looks like rescue's going to be responding. The subject stole our complainant's bike and also slapped him while they were trying to call 911. Suspect is a black male in his 20s, about 5'6", medium build, wearing a black shirt, beige pants.
