Will be 10-35, in reference to a white Kia Soul, Georgia tag, Delta Charlie Charlie 9467. Delta Charlie Charlie 9467, last known location, 247 Moreland. Went 10-61 from a traffic stop, DOT, south on Moreland Avenue, possibly entering DeKalb County. Traffic stop occurred at 1127 hours. Subjects fled at 1130. Will be a known armed robbery suspect, Black male dreadlocks named Steven Tyrone. Unknown, 2628 or 69. Any contact, hold it notified.
