This is going to be an animal problem at 133 Water Street, 133 Water Street, in front of the Northwater Bakery. My caller stated that there was two dogs, they looked like pit bulls in a black Saturn, plate Adam Frank King 4795, and they have been locked in the vehicle for a while. She did say that the windows were cracked, but they've been in there for a while and she wants someone to go check on them.
