This is the intersection where people continue to illegally turn left from Metropolitan onto Abernathy. I’m surprised there aren’t more accidents. It’s a weird intersection and a holdover from Atlanta’s streetcar days. Rumor has it that a traffic circle will be built there but, if so, they really need to start and complete that work sooner than later.
