92B, copy. 91B to block. 92 Bravo, go for it. It's going to be a suspicious person, 30th Avenue North, 55th Street North, 54 Avenue North, 55 Street. Complainant says there's a subject on a bike that's following them. All the same subject's weak. Checking cars, but nothing tonight. White male, 30s, thin-built, last seen wearing a black shirt and jeans. Comes on a black backpack and an unknown colored bike. Subject is currently south only in that section. as I get at 525.
