255. 54. No complainant. It's going to be in the rear parking lot of Crawford Square Apartments, 325 Robert Street off of Reed. Caller's reporting a male in the parking lot keeps knocking on windows. He's a black male wearing blue shirt, blue shorts, and he's tall. Unknown which direction he's heading. There's also a hazard on this address saying there's people that suffer from mental health issues and they're triggered by light.
