for both at that 4020 Hartford Road, building 4013, caller saw a vehicle with three subjects in it, trying to get into the vehicles in the parking lot, so they ran. Looks like they were on the south side of the property, last seen heading towards Kensington Meadows in the woods. Believes they can still see them at this point. They ran on foot, arrived at a Chevy Malibu at no point.
