John 21. Lincoln 32. Golden Gardens, 8015 Seaview Avenue Northwest. Less than five ago, caller drove by the intersection, saw a vehicle in a ditch. Another vehicle was what they think is 20 juveniles in the back of a pickup truck, as well as a crowd forming around the vehicle, blocking the entire roadway.
