Alright, 23's on the next one up, and the person is still on scene. They just called again. 221 North Columbus, came over as an assault in progress. The homeless male, Black with braids, wearing a white shirt, black pants, dark gym shoes, carrying a Target bag. He threatened the staff after being removed.
