3145, can you start for the recent hit-and-run at the Target, 2201 South Commons? 45. Suspect's vehicle was last seen going eastbound on 320. It's going to be a black BMW, unknown license plate. This vehicle hit at least two others and swore ground. Other vehicles in the parking lot before leaving eastbound.
