Units, putting a suspect at the Sunrise Apartments, 7516 Sunrise Boulevard. Two callers advised that there's a male kicking and punching vehicle doors, possibly by the influence of H&S. One caller advised that the male was seen swinging a knife but not in a 417 manner, just waving it around. He was running under bushes and up to neighbors' doors as well. The H&M, short black hair with a mustache, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray sweats, or jeans. And he's last seen going towards Chevron. For more information, visit www.fema.gov
