Responding to the area of 2517 East Edgar Road, northbound side, had a call from Elizabeth, saying a white male with white pants, blue denim jacket is walking on a fast lane into oncoming traffic. Last known location was by the Bayway Circle, but walking towards Linden. It's going to be on the northbound side.
