722 Elm Street. RP's on floor 2 for reports of suspicious activity. States that he heard some noise and went outside and noticed an individual rummaging around in his work van. He did ask him what he was doing in there and was told he was attempting to get warm. States that they've seen an individual in the area, usually hangs around the Penguin Mart, and that he carries around something metal.
