Animal call, Pike Street, Boren Avenue, east corner. Four minutes ago, a male seen with a pigeon in his hand was twisting the wings. Pigeon appears to be alive. Suspect is near the Salvation Army, and the bird is now possibly in a cereal box that the suspect is holding. Pike Street, Boren Avenue.
