Harbor Base, go ahead. Approximately 400 to 500 yards out from the Husky Stadium, 3800 Motley Boulevard Northeast, an upside-down sailboat with a person standing on top of it. Appears that boats are attempting to assist, and there's a lifejacket. 500 yards out from the Husky Stadium. Copy. That's likely part of the UW Activity Center, and they'll have chased boats that can assist. Go ahead and send that call to Harbor 4. Received.
