I'm going to have you take a hazard suspect in the area, 72nd and Dodge, 72nd and Dodge. It's going to be the northwest corner. No caller to be seen. Virtually arrest caller states there's a panhandler, 60s, white male, slender, white shirt and jeans. Keeps stepping out into traffic and is being aggressive. Possibly M.A. drawn drugs. Unknown weapons, drinking or drugs. 2 Baker.
