For Union sector, a suspicious, 16 Avenue Northeast, Northeast 50. For a male who looks like a suspect in a stabbing that occurred near UW last week, riding a bicycle going eastbound approximately a minute and a half ago. It's a white male, 30s, 6 foot, thin, short brown hair, no shirt, bluish gray shorts, blue and yellow plastic tote, and a bicycle, very sunburnt. Last seen eastbound, 16 Northeast, Northeast 50.
