31, we have a disturbance active shooter on foot, 2255 North Washington. Comp reports, young 20-year-old Black male just fired four shots at the complex. Looks like he's going to be with cornrows, black shirt, blue jeans. Suspect ran to the complex, shot once, ran off, and backshot again. Was by a red sofa in the complex.
