Units, just be advised of a 927 subject, 2nd and K King area. He was watching the caller as they approached her vehicle. The complainant unlocked the car. The subject walked up, saying it was his vehicle. The complainant told him to leave, and he did. He walked off eastbound towards the K Street Tunnel. Male, white, 40s, 5'6", medium-build, orange or black hat, glasses, black shirt, and khaki pants. 1745.
