Okay, units, information traffic complaint, Southeast 240th, 132nd Avenue Southeast. A black Nissan Rogue, unknown plate, last seen westbound on Southeast 240th. Passing vehicle, using the shoulder and was driving into oncoming traffic. We're still getting further from the ARP. Control is clear at 1741.
