Northern 2, 8, 9, 10 on a child, Eddy and Webster, for 12 David. RP was driving by and saw a small child in the middle of the street by himself. About a 4 to 5-year-old child holding a small teddy bear. Looked like a Latin male juvenile wearing a blue long-sleeved and gray pants with black hair. And there's no adults in the area. There's no 909. RP already left.
