Engine 49. Engine 49, respond for a lift assist. Kendon Point Apartments, 4600 South Penn. 4600 South Penn. Apartment B as in David, 45, cross of Samantha and Kendon. It's going to be for a 48-year-old female, approximately 280 pounds. She says she needs to call maintenance so that you'll be able to be let in. She does have a pit bull, but is friendly. Says it might bark, but is a kind dog.
