The fire assistant called in advising there was a intoxicated female, Black, occupying a white Jeep, gray and Cherokee, struck a tree and left the scene. Was juveniling the vehicle. She called back, advised that the subject pulled back in the complex. She didn't know the exact address. She was going to call back. It's 2740 Ketchum Place in the El Dorado apartment, 744.
