1231. 1231. We have a mental health disturbance. Peoria and Van Buren, Van Buren and Peoria. Miss Jacqueline said there's either a male White or male Hispanic with dark hair, light gray shirt and pants running in front of traffic and cars. He appears to be a danger to self. Screaming at people. No visible weapons, but he's possibly high on drugs. Nothing further. Fire is not responding at this time.
