Promise to check the Boulevard Tower apartments, 90 Meyer Road. It's going to be for apartment 419. Our complainant's meeting a neighbor from 420. There's one black female and one white female who are allegedly trying to break into the apartment. Their guests are now headed towards the lobby, leaving the area. Our complainant can no longer see them.
