211 and Car 506, 101 West 38th, 101 West 38th, between Central and Hughes at 9 Brothers. Male party being uncooperative, was refusing to give any info. Now, got a party reporting someone swinging at a customer and other people, but hasn't made contact with anyone. It's going to be a black male, green shirt, green hat, no weapons.
