East Brainerd, 6830 East Brainerd, between I-75 and ramps. Crash negative, hit-and-run. Xfinity Ford Econo 1 van was hit by a burgundy SUV. I'm clear. Checking on a party in a black Chevy S10. Been there since lunch. White male, tan shirt, black pants, something blue around his neck. Caller's going to be on the shoulder there.
