308, 369, copy an abuse investigation? 308, go for more. 1500 South State Street, 10 minutes to 33 minutes. Caller observed a male in a black apron who was dragging and hitting a younger male and put him into a gray Jeep Wrangler with a Texas plate. Vehicle last unit is westbound, 5900 South, Texas plate, Tango Kilo Golf 6037, break. It was a 40-year-old white male wearing a black apron and shorts.
